 Return Information

• This Return Authorization form must be filled out within 4 days of your receipt of goods, and no later than 9:00pm EST October 23rd.
• Items cannot be worn or show any signs of wear including odor, stains, fraying, seam separations, make-up marks or otherwise.
• Try your costume on immediately for size and inspect for quality and completeness. If you are not completely satisfied, submit a Return Authorization Form within 4 days of receiving your order.
• Do not try on "sanitary" items such as stockings, wigs, panties or other sealed packages until you are positive that you will be keeping your order. If you open any sealed package inside your costume, the value will be deducted from your return.
• Seams and fabric must not show any signs of separation, fraying or tampering. Halloween costumes are temporary, novelty clothing and are not designed for professional or excessive use. Running, dancing, wrestling or other active behaviors may cause seams, fabric or other attached pieces to fail, and are not to be considered defective.
• Returns must include all packaging and inserts.
• Costumes purchased October 19th or later are not refundable, and will be returned for store credit only.
• On-time returns must be back in our possession by October 26th.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied to items received back to us after October 26th, and will be returned for store credit only.
• A store credit will be issued for unworn items sent back to us without prior authorization. All other terms still apply.
• How standard restocking fee is calculated: the greater of $1.00 or 2%, per item, per day kept by customer, will be applied to the return of unused merchandise, with a minimum of $3.00.
• Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. 
• Defective exchanges are for the same size only, and must be back in our posession within 10 days of delivery date. Defective returns/echanges kept longer will be treated as a regular return.
• International orders placed after 10/10 are not guaranteed to arrive in time for Halloween. Contact your local customs office for information regarding the time it will take for your package to clear inspection before placing your order.
