Return a Costume

Need to EXCHANGE a costume? No problem. Please read our simple guidelines and fill out the form below.

 Exchange/Return Information (see next section for procedure)

  • This Exchange/Return Authorization form must be filled out before we can process your request.
  • Many of the items on this site are part of our CLEARANCE and LIQUIDATION sale. No refunds will be given for any reason for clearance or liquidation items.
  • Items cannot be worn or show any signs of wear including odor, stains, make-up or otherwise.
  • Seams and fabric must not show any signs of separation, fraying or tampering.
  • Exchanges must include all packaging and inserts.
  • Costumes purchased after October 10th are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • All returned items must be back in our possession by October 16th.
  • This form must be submitted before 9:00pm EST October 13th.
  • We have a very short selling season and we appreciate your return in a timely manner.  A 25% restocking fee will be applied to items kept by you for longer than 7 days, or received by us after October 26th.
  • A store credit will be issued for all unworn items sent back to us without prior authorization. All other terms still apply.
  • A 10% restocking fee, minimum $5.00, will be applied to the return of non-defective merchandise, and are dependent upon actual shipping costs. There are no restocking fees for "wrong size" exchanged items. Please see next section for exchange information.
  • Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. 
  • Defective exchanges are for the same size only, and must be back in our possession within 10 days of delivery date. Defective returns/exchanges kept longer will be refused. If an item is too small for you, please do not force it on. This is novelty clothing and is not always as sturdy as regular clothes. A tear, runner or seam separation is not considered a defect.
  • If your costume included stockings or other sealed packages, do not open them until you have tried on the rest of the costume. For sanitary reasons, once stockings or other sealed packages have been tried on, the costume is not refundable. If the exact replacement accessory items are available, we may deduct the price of those items from your return.
  • In the event that an item was ordered with a promotional shipping option, the actual shipping and handling will be deducted from the return in addition to the above terms.

 Exchange Procedure

1) Complete a new order for the item(s) that you you would like.

2) Make a note of the order number.

3) Come back to this page and complete this form, and include your new order number when asked.

4) Follow the simple instructions that will be e-mailed to you within a few minutes.

5) When we receive your original purchase back, you will be refunded. You will not pay any restocking fees.
